Who are The Navigators?

We are an international network of people who follow Jesus Christ. Our passion is to help others know Him and become His disciples.

Navigator staff help Christ's followers "navigate" spiritually, coming alongside them as they search the Word of God to chart their lives.

Just like the foundation of a building-unseen, yet the underpinnings by which the building stands-our Navigator work is often played out away from center stage, hidden from the spotlight's glare.

Our staff teaches people to follow Christ passionately and help them:

• apply the Bible to their daily lives
• pass on what they learn to others
• train these new believers, in turn, to reach still others

Our model is Jesus Christ. From Him, Navigators pattern their relational style of evangelism and discipleship. They help people grow strong in biblical disciplines: Bible study, Scripture memory, prayer, telling others about Christ, and building new disciples.

Navigators build natural relationships in many settings, in many ways: on a basketball court in the inner city in a downtown business office, on college campuses and military installations worldwide, in a rural coffee shop, at Christian churches, conferences and youth camps, and in small groups of neighbors, co-workers, and friends.

Accepting people wherever they are in their spiritual journey, Navigators share the difference Jesus makes in their lives every day. Through these genuine relationships, nonbelievers are challenged to follow Him, too.
